I have accessed the report “Pending KYC checks” but not found anywhere to send a reminder. For now, I have been sending a new link, which I hope will prompt them…but if there is a reminder section, can you please point me in the right direction?

Apologies for the delayed reply.
If you go to Settings >> Account Preferences, and select the Review tab, you’ll see a second on the bottom for reminders, where you can set how often they should be sent and how many to send in total -
You can view a record of these by going to the Pending KYC Requests report which would show the count under “Reminders Sent”. But you can also click on this number to view when they were sent.
Any emails sent will also be available to view in your account by going to Reports >> Email Archive.
