How can we replicate the issue? Go onto Document Upload and Document Type
Does this happen every time, or just some of the time? Does it still happen if you use a different device? Every time

I want to create a KYC check were the client submits a bank statement, the knowledge base makes reference to them being able to submit this, however, it is not one of the document types available. I could do with a general document being able to be submitted.
