We’ve been working hard behind the scenes over the last couple of weeks to introduce some changes to help improve your workflow and make life easier.
These are now live and ready for you to use as part of your KYC processes.
Improved Enhanced Document Verification
We’ve improved the enhanced document verification process to now capture a selfie during the upload process, and automatically matching it against their supplied ID, as well as matching on name and date of birth.
Your client doesn’t even need to download an app - it can all be done within a web browser on their phone.
KYC Request Viewed
You can check if a KYC Request has been viewed by your client in the “Pending KYC Requests” report. We’ve added a simple tick, with a timestamp of when they accessed the link:
This can help identify any issues with the onboarding process.
