A key part of your AML compliance is having an audit trail of the actions you have taken.
Any activity on your account is recorded automatically, so there’s no need to log things manually.
An entry includes a record of:
- Date and time
- Who made the action
- What they did
- The client it relates to (if applicable)
The complete event log can be found by going to Reports >> Event Log.
From here you can filter by date, user and/or client as needed.
If required, you can also export your results to a CSV file by clicking “Export” at the top of the list:
If you wish to view the events related to a specific client, you can do this in one of two ways.
- Use the above-mentioned Event Log report and filter by client (which also allows you to export the results), or
- View the client and view their related entries at the bottom of the page
