Two directors have resigned from one of my clients - they appear in the Associated Persons section. I have the option within view to delete; however I’m always reluctant to delete without understanding the implications. Naturally although they have resigned I still have an obligation to retain their information. It is my understanding that delete does mean delete and there is no archive function. I think it would be useful if there was an archive function which also had the date of their resignation so that they could be deleted once my AML obligations have expired.
