Does this happen every time, or just some of the time? Does it still happen if you use a different device?
Happens all the time

When exporting clients from the system for physical secure backups, it does not export the risk score, instead all it exports is the value 0.

Thank you for your post. Can I just double check if this is an individual client export (PDF) or an account export (CSV)?
